Now you can offer your patients a simple online appointment request system that you can implement alongside your existing patient system. Giving you complete flexibility, the system allows your patients to request an appointment online by specifying dates and times that are convenient for them. You then allocate the actual appointment time and respond with the date and time.

How the Service Works

• Through the web, Patients select dates and times convenient for them
• Patients can select a specific doctor (or nurse) for appointment, or can accept any available doctor
• You set the appointment date and time, giving you complete flexibility
• You enter the date and time into the system and it is automatically sent to the patient.
• The system can remind patients of the appointment closer to the time, reducing Do Not Attends.
• Not suitable for urgent or same-day appointments.
• Releases the phone for urgent appointments.

Your reply with the specific time of the appointment will be sent to the patient - and it can be automatically followed with a reminder message 24hrs before their appointment, ensuring fewer DNAs.

If the patient cannot make the appointment they can cancel the appointment online too.
