Doctor Dialog

This service allows patient to ask questions of a doctor.

From our early installations GP's have found that this service provides a convenient way for doctors to keep in touch with some of their patients. It is often used by patients for clarification of information.

How the Service Works

• The patient enters their question online which is held securely until the doctor accesses the questions from the practice.
• This is not an online dialog where the patient and doctor are online at the same time.
• The response from the doctor is then sent back to the patient.
