Ask A Receptionist

This service permits patients to ask questions of a the receptionist. The service can be extended to allow a question to be directed to any administration staff member.

The receptionist can access the questions when it is convenient for them. Easier for patient who can ask a question on the weekend or evening without having to try to get through by phone.

The idea of typed questions and responses means that there is time for thoughtful questions and considered responses.

If a patient consistently uses this service inappropriately, or is abusive, the receptionist can block that patient from sending further queries.

This is a secure service and no emails are used.
