Call-Backs

Call-back is a simple facility whereby the patients can request the practice receptionist to call them back when the practice is less busy.

During busy periods many patients will call the practice repeatedly to try to get through. This repeated calling makes the situation worse, and leads to frustration on the part of the patient.

How the Service Works

  • The patient enters a phone number and the time period when they will be available on that number.

  • You can then call the person back during the time that they requested.
