Accessing Online Consultations

• The patient is informed that this service must not be used for urgent health enquiries and when they can expect to receive a response from the health professional.
• The patient enters their question or symptoms online which is held securely until the health professional accesses the questions from the practice.
• The response from the health professional is then sent securely back to the patient.
• Your practice has an audit trail of the requests and responses.
