The service currently enables your patients to make the following request over the internet:
- Request an appointment
- Cancel an appointment
- Request a repeat prescription
- Ask a question of a Doctor
- Ask a question of a Nurse
- Make a travel immunisation request
- Request a call-back
- Ask a question of a receptionist
- Inform you of a change of address/phone number
- Make a request to register with the Practice
- Complete an online Asthma Review
Your staff access the service through a browser on any PC in your practice, and you have full control over which staff members can process the patient requests. There is nothing to install or maintain, and there is no limit to the number of staff who can access the system.
Once the services have been customised for your Practice, there is a flat annual fee, no matter how many patients use the service.
