• Domain Names. We can use your existing website name if you have one, (even if its a '.nhs.uk' name) or we can obtain a new name for you at no additional charge.
• Unlimited web pages. As we expect that you will want to extend your website over time, we don't limit the number of pages. In fact, we encourage you to add more, as long as they are all patient-relevant.
• Add documents, photos and more. We will add documents (which we can convert to PDF format), pictures, even videos to your website.
• Online statistics. You will have your own administrative login so you can view your website statistics and graphs whenever you need. It comes with explanatory text so that you can see how many visitors you have and which parts of your website are most popular, amongst many other analyses.
• Accessibility Standards. We take accessibility very seriously, which we think is particularly important for Practice websites. We include special features in all our websites that enable screen readers and braille machines to be used. • Hosting in world class facility. We hold your website in a secure server facility - one of the largest and most secure in Europe. So unlike many companies, we don't keep your website in our closet.
• Backup and maintenance. Your website is backed up daily, and our severs are guaranteed to have a 99.99% uptime. We have multiple servers and standby machines so we can swap over rapidly in the event of a major failure.
• Nothing to install As we do all your updates you don't need any new hardware or software, and better still, no training. In fact the only skills you need are an ability to use email and browser such as Internet Explorer.
• Preview facility. As well as your public website, we supply you with a private one too. Any changes you ask for are first put on your private website. When you are approve the changes, we transfer these changes to your public website, a process that takes less than a minute.
