Working in conjunction with GP Practices we have designed an innovative approach to dealing with patient requests online. Our new solution, Silicon Pathway, has been developed to reduce telephone calls and appointments with the Practice.
Silicon Pathway directly addresses many of the common questions that patients ask the practice. This includes issues such as requests for sick notes, referral information and every day health conditions that traditionally take up practice resources.
We are now taking requests to demonstrate this product to our existing customers.
