Introducing The New Practice Content Editor

Exciting news! You can now quickly and easily update your FootFall Practice website with your own News Posts, Emergency Notices and Opening Hours.

We are always here to help with changes to your FootFall websites, but we wanted to make “making changes” a little easier. View our information below on what the Practice Content Editor is and how to use it including a 5 minute demonstration on our YouTube channel and user guide.

The Practice Content Editor

The Practice Content Editor is a tool built with efficiency in mind. It removes barriers and enables you to make immediate changes to your practice website.

The Practice Content Editor is quickest way to make changes to your website, without the need to contact us first.

News posts, emergency banners, opening times and closures are some of the most frequent requests we receive. So as a first step in enabling you to customise and edit your own websites, we have enabled editing access to these elements of the website.

How to access the Practice Content Editor?

The Practice Content Editor is available now to all practices using FootFall Version 5 and Version 6.

If you are a dashboard administrator* you can access the tool by adding: ‘/practice-editor’ to the end of your practice website address.
*access has been limited to administrative roles

Example: [webaddress.co.uk/practice-editor]

You will see a login screen where you can use your dashboard login details to access the editing platform.
