The Brief

We were delighted to be invited by Windrush Medical Practice to work with them to create a new brand identity and website for their new state of the art medical centre in the centre of Witney.

We designed a logo and website to reflect the theme of quality and attention to detail that runs through the building and the services offered by this  quality and modern quality contemporary theme of the building.

We are continuing to work with Windrush Medical Practice to produce a video to showcase their facilities and services.

The Brief

• Reflect the image and location of the practice
• Would encourage the local population (mostly aged between 25-35yr olds) to register with the practice.

Devon LMC promotes and supports General Practice across all parts of Devon - from the most rural part of the moors to the urban centre. To help communicate its unique expertise to a wide audience, Devon LMC turned to Silicon Practice. To succeed, the new website needed to provide instant appeal to it's target audience and easy access to relevant information.

The Solution

Mr M Ishaque BSc(Hons) MB BChir(Cantab), DM FRCS FRCS(Ed) FRCS(Orth) - a leading spinal surgeon based at The Priory Hospital, Birmingham.

The Brief

Silicon Practice were asked to represent not only Mr Ishaque's services, but also his unique style, attention to detail and approach to his patients. Communicating Mr Ishaque's approach into language and images that could be quickly and easily understood was the task that Mr Ishaque set Silicon Practice.

The Result

Inspired by Mr Ishaque's approach Silicon Practice came up with the brand idea which was simple, to the point and memorable. Mr Ishaque's philosophy became our creative brief. The results was a new brand formed around a strong and distinctive identity, fresh bold imagery and extensive use of benefits-let copy and graphics.

The challenge was to help promotethe full range of services offered by Birmingham Hernia and Veins Clinic and to give reassurance to prospective patients.

The result was a crisp, clean, personal graphical style supported by bespoke photography to highlight the services that have made Birmingham Hernia and Veins Clinic unique.

Providing patients and health professionals with information about their condition gives Mr Amar Alwitry an edge in today's marketplace.  The website needed to have a wide range of appeal.  Not only to ensure it delivered up to date information  to health professionals but also to ensure it reflected the complex needs of patients.

• Stylised graphics to capture attention and prompt a call to action.

Bedforshire and Hertfordshire LMC is a highly respected and well resourced organisation, that wanted to identify themselves within their focus areas. The organisation wanted to communicate cohesively and gain valuable feedback from their members. Our brief was to design a website that would:

• Position the organisation as professional, up to date and knowledgeable. 
• Gain feedback from a cross section of members
• Promote a wide range of services to all their members
• To make information, advice and guidance easily accessible
• Promote training and events

The Solution

Silicon Practice gave Beds & Herts LMC an exclusive identity that established them firmly within the health sector. The look and feel of the site was vividly improved to reflect the organisation's modern outlook and highly motivated team. A new functionality was introduced to the site that encouraged social interactivity with the LMC members. The new website design generated a much greater amount of visitors, with an increase of 225% in one month, and continues to evolve with the organisation as it progresses.

The Brief

Greensand Surgery, a highly successful surgery in Bedfordshire, required a website re-design to help engage more with the local community. The Practice required an attractive yet likeable design which could present a range of information that could be easily navigated by its' users.

The Solution

Silicon Practice provided Greensand Surgery with an attractive yet bold design. Complementing colours of red and green allowed important messages to be prominent whilst providing an tranquil backdrop of greys.

The Brief:

Flitwick Surgery asked Silicon Practice to design their website with the prime objective of increasing efficiency at the practice.

Our Approach:

• On-site marketing workshop with to establish Flitwick Surgery's objectives for their website together with their marketing priorities.
• Identification of the key elements for their site in order to allow the Practice to efficiently deal with an ever-increasing number of telephone requests to the surgery.

The Results:

• Over 7,000 visitors to their website every month
• An average of 530 appointments made online each month, which was an increase of 11%
• 71 test results requested each month online

The Solution

A new design that engages new and re-visiting patients, giving a very personal approach to the website. This project saw the addition of new, bespoke online services designed to increase the efficiency of the Practice by allowing patients to make a range of requests online.   

The Results

A year after the release of the new site the number of visitors to the site rose dramatically from 1,600 visitors to 3,600 a month, with the number of requests for the online services doubling in the same period.  Silicon Practice are continuing to evolve the website to expand the opportunities for increasing Practice efficiencies.

The Brief

Whaddon Medical Centre, a newly built, state of the art Medical Centre decided to undertake the Patient Reference Group DES. The Practice required a unique service that allowed them to virtually invite members to their PRG, construct surveys, propose questionnaires and discuss their results.

The Solution

Silicon Practice provided Whaddon Medical Centre with a multi faceted Virtual Patient Reference Group. Patients signed up online with ease, could be contacted by email at any stage during the process, and communicated postively with the Practice. The Results:

• Completed the process on 1st March
• Finalsed Action Plan to display on their website
• 402 Members Joined
• 207 Successfully Completed Surveys

Our challenge was to develop a brand identity that reflected the entire patient experience.   This project represented a crucial step to enhance the brand, communications and ambitions for the Practice.

The Solution

This represented an exciting opportunity for Silicon Practice to create a completely new visual impact for the surgery to give the right, first impression with its target audience. 

The Result

The result is a high impact look, creating a refreshing feel to the Practice. This brand identity has now been developed throughout the Practice and is consistently reflected in colour schemes and pictures throughout the practice to give a completely fresh experience to the patient.

Exeter Student Health Centre represents a large student population, with a growing patient list, diverse backgrounds and wide variety of requirements. Their website design needed to meet the demands of the current society, to be interactive, forward thinking; to blend attractiveness, youthfulness and functionality together.

The Result

Silicon Practice provided Exeter Student Health Centre with a website design that reflected their variation of needs and allowed their patients to navigate with ease to the information they sought. Bold colours and a stylised design complement each other to present an attractive and efficient website, to bring in new registrants and provide high quality online services to existing patients. The vast amount of information and knowledge is clearly displayed and structured sinuously throughout the website.

Pemberley Surgery, a leading surgery in Bedford, established a new marketing plan for their practice and needed a website that reflected this. The Practice wanted a simplistic, striking design that could make their surgery more efficient and in turn make the website more effective.

The Solution

Silicon Practice set up a Marketing Workshop with Pemberley Surgery to discuss their needs and reach an understanding of their targets. An action plan was agreed and the team at Silicon Practice worked closely with the staff at Pemberley Surgery to develop a sophisticated site that could complement their practice.

The Simpson Centre asked Silicon Practice to design an inviting website that depicted their commitment to healthy living. The site needed to have a friendly feel, but also reflect the Surgeries quality of care, professionalism and countryside location.

The Results:

• Up to 1000 patients visiting the site each week
• Reduced telephone waiting times for patients contacting the Surgery
• Increased usage of specialist services

The Brief:

Wallace House surgery required an interactive and welcoming website that reflected their professionalism, high standard of care, forward thinking staff and patient focus.

The Results:

• Up to 100 patients registered to an online PRG programme, with all responses analysed and displayed in an easily accessible administrative tool.
• Retaining valuable input from a variety of patients, with the facility to manually add patients that do not have access to a computer.
• Constructive comments fed back from patients through Surveys and Forums; which can be discussed between the Practice and their Patient Group, leading to improvements within the Surgery.
• Patients feel involved completing Surveys and participating in online forums, knowing that the Practice is working with them to deliver the best service possible.
